.......This was the scene as we sailed (?) into town on October 19, and it was near dusk, with a great sunset shaping up, not too cold and best of all --- NO FLOODS !! Yeah!! It was nice to spend more time in Venice this time (6 days) compared to the 3 days we stayed in 1984. And it was nice that it wasn't raining ALL the time. Most of the time it was just an annoying drizzle. It was usually cloudy so I had to lighten most of the photos we took here, but I may have forgotten a few. But on this Blog you can always click on any photo you may want to see larger and in more detail. Venice, especially of all the cities in Italy, you may want to see blown up, with as much detail as possible. It's a fascinating city!
